Helpful Tips before registering with FACTS

Prior to registering with FACTS, please review the items needed and suggestions listed. Allow approximately 5 – 10 minutes to complete your FACTS application.

• New parents are to begin the sign-up as new users even those that have previous FACTS accounts with other schools.


• Your Family ID - located on the right-hand side of each HGBCS billing statement just below your home phone number will be needed.


• Individual Student ID - the same number that has been used for the student’s individual lunch account (New parents, please contact the school if number has not been provided).


• Banking Information - Routing Number and Bank account Number. (If you are unsure of the above numbers, FACTS provides diagrams to view of checks with the information shown, compare it to your check).


• You will notice a Peace of Mind (POM) Benefit. This is an optional benefit. Please click on and read the terms of the benefit if you are interested. If you are not interested, you may continue without checking the yes to enroll prompt.


• When creating a Username and Password remember the following requirements. Passwords must meet the following criteria. Must be at least (8) keystrokes long must contain at least one of each of the following - a letter, number, and special character !@#$%^&*( )_+


• Remember to write down your user name and password for future reference.


• The last step will be to print a copy of your confirmation. Keep this information on file for reference. This will provide you with the Responsible Party Name, Additional Authorized Person (If added) Student Name/s, Payment dates and Terms & Conditions of agreement.


• All accounts will be charged for tuition and activity fees. Additional charges will be added for those applying for bus transportation and/or before/afterschool services.
