Attention Parents:
If you have any questions about yearbooks this year you will need to contact your school's yearbook advisor. Because creating the yearbook can be an enormous task we have three different advisors for the Yearbooks.

High School Yearbook:

Yearbook Submissions!

Hello, Parents and Teachers,

I wanted to let everyone know about a super easy way to submit pictures for the yearbooks. If you have some great pictures of your child’s experiences here at HGBCS we would love for you to submit them for possible publication in this year’s yearbooks.

We will be looking for a couple different themes.
Elementary:

• Chapel
• Kingdom Kids (caught in the act)
• Spirit Week and Pep Rally pictures
• Pictures from any mission trips
• Pictures from your child’s classroom activities as well as field trips

High and Middle School:

• Awesome Sports photos (Powder Puff, Cheer, football etc…)
• Spirit Week and Pep rallies
• Chapel and Missions trips
• Summer Pictures
• Hobbies and Best Friends
• Hickory Grove students at work and with their Cars
• Seniors: Baby photos(all seniors need to submit at least one), Lifers, Dominican
• Field trips, 8th grade trip to DC ( be sure to include class info and where you went)
• Drama Chorus and Band performances

How to submit photos:

The way we accept submissions is as follows:
If you have a printed photo or any conflict with this process please contact the yearbook advisor for your school level.

Parents and students will go to www.hjeshare.com and enter their school code 9017100.
Follow the instructions to set up your account please be sure to include as much information as possible about the pictures you submit.

In order to submit you must put some information with your photos such as:
            School Level (Elementary, Middle or High)
            Child’s name and His/Her grade and Teacher
            Description of photo (Chapel Spirit week, etc….)

Please be sure to include all this information it will greatly help in organization of the photos. If we do not know where to put the photo it will not be used.

Elementary Yearbook Sales Information

Dear Parents,

It is that time once again- the time to order your 2009-2010 Elementary school yearbooks. We will be selling the yearbooks from January 25th through January 29th. There are a couple of things that you will have to do in order to purchase your 09-10 Elementary yearbooks. This information will be posted on our website along with an order form that you can print off. We will also send this information home with your child the week before the yearbook sale. If, for some reason, you do not receive an order form and are unable to print the one attached you can send in your payment with: a piece of paper with; your child’s name, homeroom and check number or marked paid in cash.

Cost: $15.00 for each yearbook (Cash or check) made out to HGBCS.

Ordering: Fill out order form and send it in to your child’s homeroom with payment for their book. If you have multiple children, you need to send an order form (and payment) in with each child to his or her specific homeroom teacher. All yearbook orders are to go through your child’s homeroom. Doing this will ensure that each child will receive their book in their homeroom on delivery date.

The last day to order a yearbook is on
January 29th please do not delay.
